user agreement

this user agreement ("agreement") governs your use of 0xrhXBT when you connect a wallet and sign in. by signing the sign-in message with your wallet on robinhood chain (chain id 4663), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this agreement and the terms of service and privacy policy. your signature is your electronic acceptance.
1. eligibility
you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using crypto services under any applicable law or sanctions list. you are responsible for ensuring your use of 0xrhXBT is lawful where you are.
2. wallet + self-custody
0xrhXBT is non-custodial. we never take custody of your funds, never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and will never request a transaction that transfers assets in order to sign in — signing in is a free, gasless message signature only. you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. anyone who controls your wallet can sign in as you.
3. what signing means
the sign-in message you sign is an off-chain authentication message (eip-4361). it proves you control the address and records your acceptance of this agreement version. it does not move funds, grant token approvals, or authorize any on-chain action.
4. not financial advice
nothing 0xrhXBT publishes — posts, alerts, replies, trend scores, radar listings, safety scores, or any other output — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. all content is automated commentary on public data and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. a "clean" safety score means our heuristics found nothing obviously wrong onchain; it is never an endorsement or a guarantee. crypto assets can go to zero. do your own research.
5. accounts + acceptable use
you agree not to: attempt to manipulate the agent's outputs (trending scores, safety scores, narratives, radar, or replies); wash-trade, sybil, or spam to influence rankings; scrape at disruptive rates; or use 0xrhXBT data to mislead others. we may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time, and may remove any content at our discretion.
6. paid tiers
paid subscription tiers are not yet available. any pricing shown in the terminal is indicative and "coming soon"; no charge is made and no payment method is collected until tiers launch and you explicitly subscribe. published limits, credits, and fair-use policies will apply when they do.
7. no warranties + liability
the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. to the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xrhXBT and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its outputs.
8. changes
we may update this agreement. when the version changes you will be asked to sign again to continue using wallet-gated features. the current version always lives at rhxbt.com/agreement.
